We’ve always believed that our people are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s a real pleasure to share some exciting team updates as we continue to grow.
One of the biggest highlights of the year so far for us is the promotion of Brendon Harvey to Production Director. Brendon has been part of the Zebra journey for seven years, most recently as Production Manager, and this next step feels like a natural progression for someone who has played such a key role in shaping our production operations.
In his new role, Brendon will oversee all aspects of production, with a focus on streamlining processes, driving efficiencies and supporting our continued investment in technology and capability as the business evolves.
Reflecting on his promotion, Brendon said: “Having grown with the business, it means a lot to step into the role of Production Director. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved as a team and excited to keep pushing forward – improving how we work, investing in the right areas and supporting the continued growth of Zebra.”
Alongside Brendon’s promotion, we’ve also seen fantastic progression across the wider team.
Joelene Topham has moved from Accounts Executive to Finance Administrator, Judith Wragg has stepped up from Despatch Manager to Head of Despatch, and Noel Vickers has progressed from Apprentice to Large Format Print Operative.
These promotions aren’t just about new titles, they’re about recognising hard work, commitment and the contribution each individual makes to the business every day.
From my perspective, Brendon’s promotion is incredibly well deserved. He’s been instrumental in strengthening our production capabilities and consistently brings the leadership, expertise and forward-thinking approach we need as a growing business. This new role not only reflects everything he’s already achieved, but also sets us up strongly for what’s next.
It’s also been brilliant to see Noel’s journey. Watching him develop from an apprentice into a trusted support to our Production Manager, Gary Boyes, has been a real highlight. His work ethic and willingness to learn have been second to none.
I’m equally proud of Joelene and Judith. Their progression is a great example of the opportunities that exist within Zebra, and the strength we have across the team.
For us, creating clear pathways for development and supporting long-term careers isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we actively invest in. Seeing that come to life across multiple areas of the business is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Congratulations once again to the team!
