We’re incredibly proud to share that our Managing Director, Samantha Overton, has been named both ‘Leader of the Year’ and ‘Manufacturing Leader of the Year’ at the Yorkshire Leadership Awards 2026, recognising her outstanding contribution to Yorkshire’s manufacturing sector.
The awards ceremony, which took place on Thursday 12th March, celebrates the very best business leaders from across the region – highlighting those driving innovation, growth and resilience within their organisations and the wider Yorkshire economy. Samantha’s double win is a testament to her leadership and the impact she continues to make both within our business and across the wider industry.
Under Samantha’s leadership, Zebra Print Group has gone from strength to strength. We’re proud to champion British manufacturing while continuing to invest in our people, technology and customer service to support sustainable growth.
As a second-generation leader, Samantha has built on the strong foundations laid by her dad, David Storr, who founded the business in 2006. His support and guidance have played a significant role in shaping her journey and the direction of the business today.
The judges praised Samantha’s clear strategic vision, commitment to operational excellence and passion for nurturing talent within the manufacturing sector – qualities that are reflected across everything we do as a business. Her additional recognition as overall ‘Leader of the Year’ highlights the broader impact of her leadership across Yorkshire’s business community.
